Tourism College
The Caribbean College of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism was conceptualized in 2020 and opened its kitchens and classrooms in February of 2021.
Our team of instructors and lecturers will produce graduates with advanced technical skills and knowledge along with an enhanced professional approach to the hospitality and tourism sector that are aligned with career success.

Our lecturers have over 100 years combined Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism Management experience, with Le Cordon Bleu trained chefs and European and North American trained hospitality professionals.

The College has Centre Approval and course accreditation from EduQual, a United Kingdom, London based regulated awarding body. We offer three bespoke courses; a Diploma in Culinary Arts, a Certificate in Cuisine and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. The status of International Accreditation demonstrates the College’s commitment to high quality international education that is rooted in accepted global industry standards, peer review, course development and monitoring, and a keen focus on continual improvement. Students will be able to utilize their recognized qualifications locally, regionally and internationally for access to jobs and/or further training.

EduQual is a regulated awarding body, approved by SQA-Accreditation, a globally-recognised national qualifications regulator in the UK. It is a full member of the UK Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB).

The Caribbean Hotel Association is dedicated to ensuring excellence in hospitality, leadership in marketing, and sustainable growth in tourism in the wider Caribbean community. The members of CHA represent the entire spectrum of hospitality industry’s private sector, including restaurants, hotels, airline executives, tour operators, travel agents, trade and consumer press, hotel and restaurant suppliers, and others.

All Covid-19 protocols as set out by the Ministry of Health would be observed. Mask wearing, handwashing and temperature checks will all be a mandatory practice.
Class sizes and student spacing would be determined based on instructions as so set by the relevant authorities in the coming weeks and months. Adjustments to class sizes and delivery styles may have to be made accordingly.
Students and parents/guardians are asked to work together with us to ensure the safety of all.
